The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Cariklbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. 4.4 Account Currency

5.3 Right to Withhold

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Most withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) are completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. 6.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

As a general anti-fraud rule, Cariklbet will endeavour to process withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for the Player's most recent deposit. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. 7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been subject to the required wagering within the stipulated time period (as stated in the specific promotion terms) will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without prior notice.

7.5 Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are paid out once the referred Player has successfully registered, completed KYC, and made a qualifying deposit. Both the referrer and the referred Player must maintain accounts in good standing for the referral bonus to be credited. Self-referrals and referrals involving related accounts are prohibited.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cariklbet Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.

10. Intellectual Property
